Mr. Marty Venticinque is a Staff Meteorologist at Applied Weather Associates. Marty received his Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology with a Minor in Mathematics from the Metropolitan State College of Denver in 1999. Marty started his career in Meteorology at the National Center for Atmospheric Research in 1997 where he participated in field experiments and gathered, organized, processed, and maintained scientific datasets from various organizations for use in the STERAO research project. Marty took a position as an on-air Meteorologist in Colorado Springs in 1999. Marty also spent many years working with children as a coach, science and math teacher, and school administrator. Marty has 3 children and enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, storm chasing, figuring out Colorado’s crazy weather, and just trying to keep up with his house.
