Answers
- AWA works closely with the client(s) to determine the most cost effective process for analyzing each site's specific characteristics as related to PMP. This ensures that state of the science techniques are implemented and the client uniques needs are met on budget and on time.
- Previous site specific PMP studies completed by AWA have produced a reduction of usually ranging between 15-30%. However, each site is unique and past results are no guarantee for future studies.
